The ‘Sasya’ retail chain of vegetables and fruits has been started to offer consumers with wide range of fruits and vegetables in a clean and hygienic environment at a reasonable price resulting in a unique shopping experience. By sourcing the produce directly from farmer markets, sans the intermediaries and the benefit arising out of it is shared between the farmers and consumers.

Mode of Operation
  • Type A:
    • VFPCK owned and operated Sasya vegetable super markets.
  • Type B
    • : Franchisee outlets. VFPCK source the produce and deliver it to the franchisees. The franchisee sells the produce at a rate fixed by VFPCK. An interest free deposit of Rs. 25,000/- has to be deposited by the franchisee and an annual franchisee fee of Rs. 1,000/- has to be paid from second year onwards.

There are three VFPCK owned Sasya markets at Palarivattom and Kathrikkadavu in Kochi and one at Kollam .
