Functions of Divisions :

Project Planning & Implementation (PPI): Entire field implementation of the Councils’ plan of interventions.
Horticulture Resources Centre (HRC): Formulation of Plans and schemes for the Council, organization of resource support for every technical activity.
Administration and Fund Management (AFM): Organization and Management of the corpus funds, administrative and financial support to the other divisions and liaison with Government and other agencies.
